No two days are the same, and you'll be involved across the full farming cycle, including: - Supporting feed planning and pasture management to hit production targets - Leading milking operations and maintaining high hygiene and milk quality standards - Monitoring animal health - Managing effluent systems and ensuring environmental compliance - Coaching junior team members and supporting day‑to‑day farm activities You'll be part of a safe, well‑supported work environment, with high‑quality PPE, well‑maintained equipment, and a strong team culture where health, safety, and looking out for one another come first. THE FARM Bounty Dairy Unit is a 629-hectare property that winters 1,700 cows and milks 1,600 through a 60-bail rotary at peak. ABOUT YOU You're enthusiastic, hands-on, and ready to contribute to the team's success. You're eager to learn, develop your skills, and make a real impact on the farm. Ideally, you'll also have: Solid dairy experience Skills in pasture management, feed planning, and general farm operations High standards of animal welfare and commitment to health and safety Self-motivation and initiative, able to problem-solve Current and full NZ driver's licence
