This should be well documented and communicated to all relevant departments and staff Create and maintain robust programs of inventory control, and archiving for all equipment and assets within the Stage Management Department. Develop lifespan projections for all Stage Management elements and equipment. Maintain equipment upgrades when possible Job Requirements: At least 8 years' experience in Stage Management for large scale theatrical productions At least 5 years' experience as a Production Stage Manager or General Stage Manager. At least 5 years of show calling experience; including shows with performer flying and a variety of automation cues Demonstrated experience working in a leadership role
