Responsibilities

  • Strategic Consultancy Support
  • Assist the Head of Retail Consultancy in preparing strategic studies including market diagnostics, asset positioning, trade mix strategies, and layout recommendations.
  • Support delivery of pitch materials and client proposals.
  • Project Coordination & Implementation
  • Work closely with senior team members to convert strategic recommendations into actionable implementation plans.
  • Coordinate project timelines, action trackers, and deliverable schedules for consultancy and other client mandates.
  • Transaction Support
  • Assist in targeting and recruiting prospective brands and operators aligned with the recommended tenant mix strategy.
  • Manage initial outreach, maintain brand pipelines, and support senior team members in negotiating commercial terms.
  • Develop transaction materials, pitch decks, brand profiles, and site briefs.
  • Support inspection arrangements, site tours, and follow‑up communication with retailers.
  • Assist in site selection, and portfolio optimization for brands and operators.
  • Support senior team in managing day‑to‑day client communication on transaction matters.
  • Market Intelligence & Financial Analysis
  • Track market trends, new openings, brand movements, and landlord activity.
  • Maintain internal intelligence databases and update market comparables.
  • Minimum 5 years experience in the Retail real estate industry (Candidates with less experience could be considered as Assistant Manager)
  • Valid EAA license holder
  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, or related field
  • Strong negotiation, analytical, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work independently and lead in a fast-paced environment.
