About the role
Office of the Chief Information Officer is seeking several Customer Engagement & Service Integration positions to provide sustained, mission aligned support across NASA centers. Engaging in customer and service integration activities, such as eliciting IT requirements, developing compliant solutions across the IT lifecycle, and providing guidance that enhances user proficiency; Troubleshooting and resolving complex IT issues across multiple service areas (such as networking, applications, data center, customer relationship, and hybrid collaboration technologies) while supporting both internal and external customers; Collaborating across organizations to plan, coordinate, and provide technical oversight for IT initiatives, ensuring successful execution of enterprise services, projects, and mission supporting technologies. AND IF you are qualifying based on experience, you MUST also have IT-related experience demonstrating each of the four competencies listed below: Attention to Detail - Is thorough when performing work and conscientious about attending to detail.
