About the role
The team is responsible for managing the payments business for larger SMB customers by driving additional revenue from the accounts to hit financial growth targets. What you'll own as the Corporate Relationship Executive You will act as a main point of contact to a portfolio of SMB customers Drive merchant advocacy and customer engagement Protect and grow net revenue within your portfolio through customer retention and cross sell activity. Reduce attrition and limit giveaway when a review is undertaken. Ensure contracts are in place and up to date to drive customer retention. Increase product penetration and achieve cross sell target Demonstrate understanding in company products and services, articulating customer requirements to enhance Worldpay's product roadmap. Focus on account retention with a growth mindset to identify and pursue new opportunities.
