Specific Responsibility: Follow internal training program guidelines and procedures Facilitate all new-hire training for finishers & inspectors (including understanding of how to read GT product drawings, understanding how to access and apply information from GT internal specifications, use of hand tools and identification of non-conforming product) Manage re-certification training for all finisher & inspectors Ensure employees are qualified to perform tasks affecting product or service quality Coordinate training schedule with Production Supervisors for new hires and re-certifications Maintain accurate training records Support Lean and Six Sigma improvement activities by participating on teams, collecting and analyzing data, identifying opportunities for improvement, and ensuring quality and process related documentation is updated Interpret customer and GTC drawings and specifications, Support internal and external audits related to training compliance as required Track training completion and effectiveness metrics Generate reports on training status, compliance rates, and competency progress Required Minimum Qualifications: Education: HS Diploma required, Associates degree or above preferred.
