Requirements
- We're looking for an experienced and proactive fitness professional who thrives leading teams and delivering high-quality member experiences. You'll ideally bring:
- Certificate IV in Health & Fitness (or equivalent)
- Current First Aid and CPR certification
- Experience in fitness instruction and program delivery
- Demonstrated staff supervision and leadership skills
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Knowledge of fitness appraisals and exercise prescription
- Understanding of industry trends and practices
- Current driver's licence and Police Clearance
