Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Analytics, Statistics, or related field
- 5+ years in performance in digital marketing analytics, paid media or digital marketing (mortgage industry experience a plus)
- Expertise in Excel and PowerPoint. Proficiency with vital analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Tableau, PowerBI or similar)
- Preferred experience with marketing mix modeling, multi-touch attribution, and A/B testing
- Proven track record managing multiple, complex projects with executive visibility
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into strategic narratives
- Knowledge of SEO / AEO, SEM, PPC, and digital / paid marketing best practices
- Experience in integration of AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, CoPilot)
- Preferred experience includes platforms such as: Google Analytics, DemandBase, Salesforce, Eloqua, Data Studio or similar
