Pharmacy Technician Intern - Temporary Part Time

About the role

As a pharmacy technician candidate, all work will be supervised closely and double checked. Work performed will include tasks such as labelling, packaging that is double checked; kit assembly that is double checked; putting away inventory and other duties as required that are within scope of the unlicensed technician. What you bring: Graduated from an accredited Pharmacy technician program (CCAPP accredited = Canadian Council for Accreditation of Pharmacy Programs) Membership with the Ontario College of Pharmacists Demonstrated computer skills Demonstrated interpersonal skills, communication and teamwork Demonstrated knowledge of aseptic techniques, pharmaceutical arithmetic, and pharmaceutical terminology Demonstrated excellence in communication, both written and verbal Demonstrated commitment to customer service and teamwork Demonstrated individual leadership skills Demonstrated excellence in communication, both written and verbal Demonstrated analytical and problem assessment skills Demonstrated commitment to customer service and teamwork Demonstrates understanding and complies with patient and staff safety policies and procedures that foster a safe and inclusive environment for all.
