- Team Leadership and Capability Development:
- Act as a scientific mentor and coach for less-experienced MSLs supporting development of scientific expertise communication skills and stakeholder engagement quality.
- Support onboarding continuous education and best practice sharing across the MSL team without formal people management accountability.
- Provide guidance on scientific content stakeholder prioritization and engagement planning to enable consistent high quality field execution.
- Serve as a point of reference and escalation for complex scientific questions or challenging external interactions.
- Internal Collaboration and Strategic Contribution:
- Contribute to the development execution and optimization of the country Medical Affairs Plan with a focus on scientific strategy and field medical excellence.
- Collaborate closely with Clinical Development Evidence Generation Market Access and Commercial functions while maintaining Medical Affairs independence.
- Support identification and engagement of potential investigators in collaboration with clinical trial teams.
- Consolidate and communicate actionable insights from field medical activities to Medical Affairs leadership and global stakeholders.
- Deliver advanced disease or on label scientific training to internal stakeholders where appropriate and compliant.
- Lead or contribute to cross functional or Medical Affairs projects as assigned.
