About the role

On our product-focused engineering teams at NexHealth, you'll build insanely great software that attracts new patients, improves the relationship between patients and their doctors, and helps our customers' businesses thrive. Responsibilities

  • Work in diverse product areas to solve challenges like booking healthcare appointments online with real-time availability, collecting patient information with customizable forms, and processing millions of dollars of payments.
  • Design, architect, and build delightful and scalable software to solve our customer's problems.
  • Own cross-functional projects end to end, from technical design and decomposition to a successful launch and rollout.
  • Partner with engineering leaders and product managers to generate, prioritize, and deliver on ambitious engineering goals.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a software engineer, with a focus on building customer-facing products.
  • A history of sustained contribution over time.
  • A vision for what great software and great engineering looks like, and the technical expertise and leadership skills to make that vision a reality.
  • Excellent product-level thinking. You can understand all the different aspects of how customer journeys and data flows touch each part.
  • Ability and desire to solve high impact problems with any tool necessary, even if it
  • requires stepping out of your comfort zone.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. You can communicate technical concepts to business stakeholders, and business needs to the engineering team.
