About the role

Requirements

- Experience leading and mentoring a team of designers.
- Proven track record of driving design and brand consistency in a complex matrixed organization.
- Exceptional portfolio showcasing design process and strategic thinking across digital, CRM and direct mail.
- Strong illustration, photography, and motion design experience.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design tools and software including the Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe Workfront, Microsoft Office, Google Slides, and Figma.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a creative team.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment focusing on design and maintaining brand design standards & rules.
