Responsibilities

  • Regional S ales Enablement Execution Support : Work closely with regional sales leaders to understand field needs and challenges and e nsure that enablement programs are tailored to support the sales teams in achieving their targets.
  • Program Delivery: Oversee the delivery of targeted enablement programs, including training, workshops, and tools e nsur ing consistency and quality of enablement content and delivery across all regions.

  • Essential requirements
  • Significant experience in s ales enablement spanning content, learning, coaching, engagement and demand generation. Prior experience in being a field-based sales enablement leader working day-to-day with sales and commercial teams to drive enablement execution .
  • Excellent communication, relationship, facilitation and motivational skills. Related industry qualification is preferred in the change management competence .
  • Detail-oriented individual with the ability to quickly assimilate and apply new concepts, business models, and technologies .
  • Demonstrated ability to take ownership and manage projects from start to finish building in benchmarks and status updates .
