You'll lead and support business development activity for the Corporate practice group, including:
Leading and developing a Business Development team supporting the group
Owning business planning and budget management for BD initiatives
Building and maintaining effective BD infrastructure and processes
Supporting partners on pitches and proposals, from strategy through to delivery
Planning and delivering campaigns, events and spotlight initiatives
Driving client targeting activity in line with agreed priorities
Managing communications and PR activity relevant to the group
Coordinating legal directory and awards submissions
Requirements
You'll bring strong experience in marketing and business development within a professional services environment, along with:
Experience of practice group and sector marketing, including pitching and campaigns
Confidence managing budgets and translating strategy into practical activity
The ability to build effective working relationships with partners, colleagues and external suppliers
Clear and confident written and verbal communication skills
Strong numerical and analytical capability, with the ability to present complex information clearly
A proactive, organised approach and a genuine interest in supporting business growth
