Job Description: Essential Functions: Engages in consistent supervision and collaborates with interdisciplinary teams for risk reduction, prevention, and legal reporting of suspected family violence. Contributes to program development, utilizing evidence-based techniques including safety risk assessment and planning, providing access information on community resources, and integrating services with community partners. Maintains and documents advocate practice in accordance with various regulatory standards, ensuring proper patient referrals and continuity of care for comprehensive service provision.
