Two to three (2-3) years related Human Resources and/or Benefits experience required
Associate's degree in related field preferred
Workday experience beneficial, Microsoft Office Suite experience required
Excellent customer service skills
Computer proficiency, organization, attention to detail, problem-solving, and the ability to handle confidential information
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Hours : Full-time, 40 hour position, Monday - Friday typical hours expected to primarily be 8:00 to 5pm
Compensation: $20.25 - $26.00 based on education and experience.

Job Description:
Easterseals NH is hiring for a Human Resources Helpdesk Administrator to serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, payroll, and procedures.
** On location at our Auburn Street home office, not remote **
Essential Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service while responding to employee inquiries via phone, email, and in-person regarding HR policies, benefits, payroll, and procedures.
Provide guidance and support to onboarding, benefits, and payroll.
Maintain accurate records of employee interactions and issues reported, and conduct follow-up as needed to ensure resolution.
Assist employees with benefits enrollment.
Collaborate with HR team members to resolve complex employee issues and escalate as necessary.
Ensure departmental invoices, purchase orders, and corporate credit card reconciliations are prepared, coded, and submitted accurately and in a timely manner.
Manage Employee Recognition programs such as Caught in the Act, Longevity Awards and others as assigned.
Serve as DiSC Epic-Wiley administrator, ensuring assessment links and results are sent to staff.
Manage, order, and record supplies and equipment for program and/or department. Place service calls for and perform maintenance, as required.
Develop and maintain HR resources, FAQs, and support documentation for employees.
Support HR initiatives and projects as needed.
