Position Purpose: Sandoz is seeking a seasoned Consultant - Workday Integrations to join the People & Organization (P&O) function. This is a senior Individual Contributor role with enterprise-wide integration accountability across a global Workday landscape. The position focuses on requirement grooming, solution validation, integration oversight, and stakeholder alignment to ensure high-quality delivery across Global Time & Absence and third-party payroll integrations. Your Key Responsibilities: Your responsibilities include, but not limited to: P&O Solution Ownership - Own end-to-end integration requirements for Workday to other systems. - Lead requirement discovery and grooming sessions with Global Process Owners and Delivery Leads. - Translate business and payroll requirements into structured integration design inputs. - Review and validate technical designs proposed by HRIT to ensure functional and compliance alignment. - Plan and execute testing cycles, payroll parallel runs, and cutover readiness. Time & Payroll Integration Governance - Drive requirement definition for Workday Time & Absence integrations (Spica/Workforce/UKG /SDWorks) across countries. Drive projects involving third-party payroll integrations (ADP GlobalView / EY /SDWorks preferred) -Coordinate and support processes and standards for all P&O Services aspects (e.g. services, processes, continuous improvement) in close cooperation with the respective Practice Networks and IT as required -Manage the delivery of services and processes to customers/users and conduct assessments of processes to identify areas of improvement and define solutions that deliver business value. - Ensure alignment with EU compliance standards and multi-country payroll complexity. - Support Periodic Monitoring activities (example but not limited to user access, data privacy, resources utilization check) for various P&O Peripheral systems Participate in or lead P&O Services Projects at country or BU level. Coordinate and support processes and standards for all P&O Services aspects (e.g. services, processes, continuous improvement) in close cooperation with the respective Practice Networks and IT as required -Manage the delivery of services and processes to customers/users and conduct assessments of processes to identify areas of improvement and define solutions that deliver business value. Stakeholder & Delivery Interface - Act as primary liaison between Global Process Owners, Technical teams, Enterprise IT, and Payroll vendors. - Operate within ITIL framework using ServiceNow for incident, change, and problem governance. - Facilitate structured workshops, solution reviews, and executive-level walkthroughs. - Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and integration gaps with a solution-oriented mindset. - Demonstrate excellent stakeholder management and strong expectation-setting capability. - Collaborate effectively with stakeholders across global regions and time zones. What you'll bring to the role: Essential Requirements: Minimum 6 years of relevant Workday / HCM Integration experience. Experience operating in global enterprise environments. Workday Integrations and/ or third-Party Payroll Integrations Certification preferred. Strong functional and integration hands on knowledge of Workday Integrations (Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, PECI, APIs - solution oversight level). Experience in global Workday Time & Absence and third-party payroll integrations. Integration experience with external Time & Attendance systems such as UKG, Workforce, Spica, or similar platforms. Strong understanding of EU payroll compliance and multi-country integration complexity. Proven experience in at least 3 full-cycle global Workday Integrations implementations (solution ownership capacity). Strong requirement documentation and process mapping capability. Proactive
