In 2023, it was announced that Massive Entertainment is leading the development of Tom Clancy's The Division 3. While we cannot unveil any details about the third entry in the series at this time, we are actively recruiting for the project. We are looking for an experienced generalist programmer to join our newly formed Realization team for Tom Clancy's The Division 3. Collaborating with other programming disciplines, you'll dive into Character Realization for both players and NPCs, working on facial animation, lighting, audio, and more, ensuring every character feels real and engaging.
