Main Responsibilities Develop and execute strategic account plans to maximize revenue growth and customer satisfaction Manage a large portfolio of accounts, providing exceptional customer service and support Analyze customer data to identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and account expansion Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences Negotiate contracts and pricing to achieve favorable terms for the company Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success. Core Requirements Proven experience in account management or a related field Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive business decisions Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities A passion for building and maintaining long-term customer relationships Familiarity with our product suite (Business Suite) is a plus.
