Job Description:
The Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) will facilitate an exceptional staff centered support experience by providing individual counseling, group facilitation, crisis response, structured debriefing, education opportunities, and assessment, in the Employee Health & Wellness office, and other dynamic and collaborative support settings.
Provide direct clinical intervention to support UofL Hospital staff members
Perform diagnostic evaluations, interviews and acute crisis response
Responsible for supporting an infrastructure of behavioral health access and wellness to UofL Hospital staff
Develop staff centered treatment plans and interventions based on research, clinical experience, and client histories
Coordinate therapeutic and wellness initiatives with facility leadership
Review and evaluate progress in relation to measurable goals described in treatment and care plans.
Responsible for timely, accurate and complete clinical notation (when applicable) in the electronic medical record.
Completes and maintains all required components of data tracking to ensure proper evaluation and reporting of individual, group, and crisis response interventions.
Respond to emergency calls, during established working hours, from direct care staff and leadership.
Attend weekly clinical meetings with Employee Support & Wellness Manager.
