About the role
ENPULSION is looking for a Quality Assurance Engineer (m/f/x) . This role is responsible for managing and further developing quality assurance processes across the entire value chain . This will be conducted by applying established quality standards and methodologies, ensuring product and process reliability from supplier to customer delivery. Key Responsibilities: Manage the technical aspects of quality assurance along the value chain. Further develop quality assurance processes, establish standards, and increase process stability from supplier to customer delivery using state-of-the-art quality management methods. Manage internal and external (supplier) complaint and problem-solving processes. Implement and execute "quality gates". Conduct internal and external audits independently (LPA, product shipping audits, etc.). Interface with our process managers in production, process technology, and procurement on quality-related topics Initiate quality improvement projects. Conduct measurement and test equipment capability analyses. Create and evaluate QA KPIs and continuously control production and supplier quality. Type of Contract: Full time position with 38.5 hours/week Salary: The minimum base salary for this position starts at EUR 2.918,34 gross per month, with a planned significant overpayment of EUR 3200 - 3600 gross per month, depending on your professional experience and qualifications. Educational background (HTL/FH/University) in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical discipline. Professional experience in the space, aerospace, or automotive industry, with a strong understanding of sector-specific quality standards and processes. Proven expertise in applying quality management tools and methodologies (FMEA, 8D, 5Why, Ishikawa, etc.). Ability to adapt to changing priorities and perform effectively under pressure. Confident user of MS Office and Atlassian tool suite (Confluence, Jira). Very good command of English; German proficiency is a plus.
