Assistant Director Of Nursing - Per Diem

Responsibilities

• -Integrates the standards of excellence into daily clinical practice.
• -Identification of actual and potential high-risk situations and quality issues with appropriate intervention as needed including resolution, recommendation, referral, escalation and reporting.
• -Facilitate patient access.
• -Assessment of patient and family needs. -Appropriate intervention in the management of patient care.
• -Management of fiscal, human and other resources to provide appropriate patient care and in alignment with the MMC Balanced Scorecard Measures.
