The Logitech/Logicool Senior Account Executive will be responsible for developing and growing our B2B business, especially in the video collaboration category, in Japan. In this role, you will work with our channel partners as we expand into this space..
Responsibilities
Represent the company and its interests in a professional manner at all times.

Meet and exceed overall business and revenue goals and targets.
Manage all aspects of partner relationships.
Develop and execute a partner business plan, which includes executive interlocks and cadence, business development, demand marketing, and more.
Maintain regular communication and transparency, both internally and externally, to enhance the success of partnerships.
Identify new opportunities for our sales team through your partner ecosystem and assist them throughout the sales process.
Present the value proposition and capabilities of Logicool/Logitech to enable partners to build a profitable and sustainable Logicool/Logitech business.
Collaborate with partners' marketing teams to develop and implement joint demand generation plans.
Assist in joint sales pursuit activities.
Provide Senior Management with accurate and timely reports as needed. Salesforce is used as the central CRM platform.
Requirements
To be eligible for this position, a minimum of 7 years of experience in Alliances and Channels, including familiarity with the distributor and reseller channel ecosystem, is required.
Ability to seamlessly transition between hands-on execution and high-level strategic thinking.
Ideally, candidates should possess a solid understanding of, and prior experience collaborating with or working within, at least one of the following partners: major resellers (such as NEC Group, NTT Group, and others), Microsoft (Teams Rooms), Zoom, or Google (Google Meet).
Experience working directly with major resellers is advantageous.
Experience in business development and/or in the establishment of new channels is an asset.
Demonstrated proficiency in building strong relationships with both internal and partner stakeholders.
Exceptional executive-level communication and presentation skills.
A high degree of business acumen, particularly in sales, marketing, and solution development.
7+ min years in partner management, with experience in alliance or partner program management, is advantageous.
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
