About the role

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Field Service Technician to join our team in Romania. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing company equipment at client sites across the region. Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Field Service Technician, or similar technical field role.
  • Technical degree/diploma in Electronics, Mechanics, Mechatronics, IT, or a related field.
  • Good understanding of mechanical/electrical systems and/or software troubleshooting.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Good written and spoken English (Romanian required).
  • Willingness to travel locally (mainly Bucharest and surrounding regions).
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Previous experience in servicing equipment related to [industry-e.g., healthcare, manufacturing, telecom].
  • Knowledge of CRM or field service software tools.
  • Customer service orientation and the ability to work independently.
