About the role
Provide actuarial services to support our operations in the region, with a focus on SME. This includes pricing, reporting, portfolio management, renewals and technical analysis. Your New Role: Act as the SME subject matter expert, providing deep technical input into pricing decisions, portfolio reviews, and model changes. Develop, maintain, and enhance pricing models, rating frameworks, and key assumptions in line with Group Pricing Standards. Contribute to data collation for divisional and regulatory reporting. Collaborate with other Pricing Actuaries and Product Heads to support pricing platform usage. Support case pricing and exception analysis for complex or large risks, including facilities. Generate management information and reports on rate adequacy and related metrics. Partner with Underwriting teams to provide analytical support on portfolio insights. Assist in the maintenance of pricing models in line with Divisional Pricing Standards. About You : Experience working in the Actuarial Pricing, preferably with at least five years of work experience in general insurance actuarial/pricing function. Good progress in actuarial qualifications with either US, UK, or Australia Actuarial Institute. Experience of working within the Actuarial function in a multinational financial services business. Tertiary Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience. Knowledge of Advanced Excel and other analytical tools. Python knowledge is a plus.
