THE JOB: As a Limousine Dispatcher, you will be responsible for the daily operations of the department. You will also set the stage for guest experience with your welcoming smile and service. By understanding their unique stories and needs, you will own their experience to create WOW memories they will carry with them far and beyond their stay with us. THE STARTING RATE: $22.00 THE DAY-TO-DAY: Coordinate guest limousine reservation requests with casino hosts and VIP personnel Maintain accurate records of all transportation activities in the department Communicate through two‐way radio or cellular telephone with limousine and shuttle bus drivers to understand constant status and location; communicate through a multi‐line phone system with other departments and properties to assist both drivers and guests Use computer programs to track airline flights, review limousine reservations, find addresses and map driving routes Order extra limousines from outside companies forspecial events and areas outside average driving distances Train newly hired dispatchers on working with radios, computer programs such as Customer Relations Management (CRM), answering multi‐line phone system and dispatching Prioritize guest reservations / dispatches and assign errand requests to runners Answer incoming calls and assist when necessary or direct calls to appropriate areas THE IDEAL CANDIDATE: Experience working in a similar resort setting preferred Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays required THE PERKS & BENEFITS: Wellness incentive programs to help you stay healthy physically and mentally Access to company hotel, food and beverage, retail, and entertainment discounts as well as discounts with company partners on things like travel, electronics, online shopping, and more Free parking on and off shift Health & Income Protection benefits (for eligible employees) Professional and personal development through programs and networking opportunities as well as volunteer opportunities in the community VIEW JOB DESCRIPTION: https://mgmresorts.marketpayjobs.com/ShowJob.aspx?EntityID=2&jobcode=11234-1 Are you ready to JOIN THE SHOW ?
