About the role

You will serve as a MANAGEMENT & PROGRAM ANALYST within NAVAL HISTORY AND HERITAGE COMMAND. For GS-09 Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Conducting studies of work, process improvement, program management and a variety of management projects to improve commemorative planning projects; 2) Reviewing, analyzing and documenting processes to assure the existence of sufficient historical data; 3) Identifying the need for changes within organizations and procedures and assists in developing plans for reorganization; 4) Applying methods and techniques to studies concerning the efficiency and effectiveness of program operations. For GS-07 Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-05 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Assisting in conducting studies of work, process improvement, program management and/or a variety of management projects; 2)Documenting processes to assure the existence of sufficient historical data; 3) Helping identify the need for changes within organizations and procedures.
