About the role

Securitas is on a global journey to strengthen how our people collaborate, communicate, and work securely in a modern digital workplace. As Product Manager - Collaboration Services, you will play a key role in shaping and leading our global collaboration portfolio. You will have end‑to‑end ownership of Collaboration Services, including Microsoft 365 delivery and enterprise communication and mass‑mailing tools, used daily across the Securitas Group. This is a senior leadership role combining product strategy, people management, financial responsibility, and vendor management in a complex, international environment.

Responsibilities

  • As Product Manager for Collaboration Services, you will:
  • Own product strategy and roadmap
  • Define and drive the long‑term vision, strategy, and roadmap for Collaboration Services.
  • Balance innovation, user experience, security, cost efficiency, and operational stability.
  • Own the product backlog and prioritization across the full product lifecycle (design, build, run).
  • Lead Microsoft 365 and collaboration delivery
  • Oversee the global delivery and evolution of Microsoft 365 collaboration services (e.g. Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive).
  • Own enterprise email, messaging, and mass‑mailing/communication platforms.
  • Drive adoption of new Microsoft capabilities while managing evergreen changes and dependencies.
  • Manage and develop people
  • Lead a distributed, multicultural team of engineers and service managers across Europe.
  • Set clear goals, priorities, and ways of working.
  • Build a high‑performing, engaged, and accountable team culture.
  • Own financial planning and reporting
  • Be accountable for budget planning, forecasting, cost control, and financial reporting for the Collaboration Services portfolio.

  • Present financial status, risks, and opportunities to senior stakeholders.
  • Manage vendors and partners
  • Own relationships with strategic vendors and service partners.
  • Ensure commercial performance, cost efficiency, and delivery according to SLAs and OLAs.
  • Drive continuous improvement and contract optimization.
  • Act as a key stakeholder interface
  • Collaborate closely with global and regional IT, security, architecture, and business stakeholders.
  • Communicate clearly around roadmap, priorities, risks and outcomes.
  • Ensure alignment between Collaboration Services and the broader Digital Workplace strategy.
  • Ensure governance, security, and compliance
  • Ensure services meet security, privacy, and regulatory requirements.
  • Own escalation handling, risk mitigation, and crisis management within the product area.
  • Maintain alignment with enterprise architecture and security standards.

Requirements

  • We are looking for a Senior Product Leader with strong Microsoft experience and the ability to lead both strategically and operationally.
  • You bring
  • 10+ years of experience within IT environment with significant experience as a Product Manager/Product Owner in enterprise IT or Digital Workplace environments.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineer or other related field.
  • Deep experience with the Microsoft ecosystem, especially Microsoft 365 collaboration services.
  • Proven experience in people leadership, including managing senior specialists and distributed teams.
  • Strong background in financial planning, budgeting, and reporting.
  • Experience managing vendors and external partners.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a large, global, matrix‑structured organization.
  • Fluency in English.
