AlfaWall Oceanbird AB is a 50/50 joint venture, owned by Alfa Laval and Wallenius but operated as an independent company. We are developing wing sail technology for the global shipping market and are now looking for a Project Management Officer (PMO) to establish and develop the Project Management Office, enhancing how we coordinate projects, collaborate across teams, and scale the organisation to be able to deliver multiple parallel projects . This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly skilled and mission-driven team at the intersection of engineering, sustainability, and industrial innovation. As PMO, you will play a key role in creating structure, coordination, and transparency across cross-functional activities and projects. You will support planning, governance, reporting, and execution of both customer-facing and internal strategic projects. This role requires strong organizational and stakeholder management skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-moving engineering-driven environment where processes and ways of working are still evolving. You will contribute to scaling deliveries, improving collaboration across functions, and building more structured and efficient ways of working across the organisation.
