The Experience Coordinator plays a critical role in delivering high quality, high impact curated experiences at The Forge. This role requires an individual with exceptional attention to detail, a proactive mindset, and the ability to orchestrate numerous moving parts with precision. Working in close partnership with a Forge Lead Generator and AFS senior leadership, you will be the backbone of Forge client experience execution, ensuring every detail is anticipated and every element of the experience is seamlessly delivered. As an Experience Coordinator, you will be expected to: Drive the operational engine behind every Forge client experience. This begins the moment an engagement is confirmed - you will build the foundational planning decks, schedule the recurring client-facing meetings, and capture detailed notes from the experience intake call to ensure no detail is missed from the very start. Be the on-the-ground director of logistics on the day of a client experience. You will conduct final tech checks, anticipate client and supporting SME needs, and ensure seamless transitions between agenda segments. You will be empowered to navigate and respond to emerging needs, from striking up conversations with clients to troubleshooting with demoers, always ensuring excellence and impact of the client experience. Serve as the central hub for operational coordination. You will work closely with our AV, Workplace, and Hospitality teams, proactively deconflicting schedules and resource needs to ensure client experience operations run smoothly. Act as the primary logistical partner for account teams across the business during experience planning, including the management of space reservations in The Forge's shared calendar, coordinating with the team's visual designers for tailored experience content and visuals, leading technical rehearsals, and ensuring all session materials are prepared and tested well ahead of the client's visit. Close out every experience with the same precision with which it was planned. You will be responsible for drafting the thank you communications to send to client's post-visit, ensuring key session takeaways and photos are properly archived, and updating our systems with any final changes to formally close out the engagement. Provide dedicated event support for key Forge initiatives, including our AI Experiences and other events, managing critical functions like visitor check-in and on-site coordination. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
