At AMBOSS, we are committed to empowering clinicians with the knowledge they need to deliver excellent care. Reaching US clinicians effectively requires tailored, relevant communication and a deep understanding of the channels and touchpoints that matter most to them. As we continue to invest in growing this segment, we are looking for additional CRM expertise to help build and scale impactful lifecycle marketing strategies. The CRM Marketing Manager, US Clinicians will play a key role in driving these efforts, supporting engagement, retention, and growth in one of our most important markets. You will: Own the end-to-end strategy, implementation, and continuous optimization of multi-channel lifecycle journeys (Email, Push, In-App) within Braze. Act as the single point of contact to internal stakeholders, translating high-level business goals into actionable CRM workflows that drive conversion and retention. Own the reporting suite for CRM performance. You will move beyond open rates to analyze LTV, ROI, and incremental lift, providing actionable insights to the leadership team. Spearhead the expansion of our communication ecosystem by integrating and scaling new channels (e.g., Push, SMS) Innovate in the AI and Automation space to create applications and solutions for the team and the market You bring: Experience in the multichannel CRM environment (mobile/email/web). A growth mindset to create campaigns that can move the needle and increase our market share Affinity and interest to try new technologies Knowledge of marketing automation software (e.g. Braze, Hubspot) and experience with data visualization tools such as Looker Experience with HTML, CSS and javascript-type languages like AMPscript
