At least 2 years of customer excellence experience.

Willing to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays, as well and nights and emergency off hours as required
Education and Qualifications
Associates degree or equivalent experience required. Bachelor's degree preferred.

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds is a must.

The Site Leader oversees the team's operations on a day-to-day basis, collaborates and maintains positive relationships with our customers, works to develop their team, and provides a communication channel between hospital executives and TRIMEDX.
