Be part of team responsible for Metrology system technology transfer from R&D to MFG .
Support the development & manufacturability of multidisciplinary system for semiconductor metrology applications
Collaborate across functions (design, manufacturing, test, quality) to ensure seamless product launch
Manage work plans: Build process, Fixtures, Test plans, Training.
Identify and mitigate production risks
Trouble-shoot system and subsystem related issues. Perform analysis to validate multidisciplinary system performance.
Provide design for manufacturing (DFM) feedback to product design engineers
Travel to vendors and customers. 15% Travel is required
Requirements
BSC in Electrical / Mechanical (Optics) Engineering with minimum 3 years of experience.
Experience in working in manufacturing environment.
Experience in NPI area.
Experience with multidisciplinary system development or manufacturing is a must.
Experience in Semiconductor industry is an advantage.
Strong diagnostic and trouble shooting skills.
Ability to influence functional groups to drive system level decisions.
Familiar with MATLAB, LabView, AI tools.
Effective organization and prioritization skills
Fluent English and high presentations skills.
Bachelor's Level Degree and related work experience of 3-5 years
