Responsibilities

  • Experience with partner onboarding, activation, or success programs.
  • Familiarity with LMS, certification, or enablement platforms.
  • Experience working across APAC markets and cultures.
  • Background in SaaS, cloud, observability, or infrastructure technologies.
  • Knowledge of partner recruitment, segmentation, or consumption-based business models.
  • Strong facilitation, presentation, communication, and project management skills.
  • Experience developing or delivering onboarding, training, certification, or enablement programs.
  • Data-driven, organized, and skilled at building relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Passionate about helping partners grow and succeed.

Datadog is seeking a Partner Enablement Manager to drive onboarding, activation, and enablement across our APAC partner ecosystem. Working closely with Partner Sales Managers, partner organizations, and the Global Partner Enablement team, you'll help partners build the skills and knowledge needed to successfully position, sell, and support Datadog. Reports to: Manager, Global Partner Programs, Channels & Alliances.
