Join RAC Insurance as a Claims Compliance Incident Co-Ordinator, where you'll play a key role in safeguarding our members by ensuring effective risk management. Working within cross-functional environments, you will be responsible for coordinating assigned Claims incidents related to regulatory compliance matters and support actions to close-out under the reporting regime to deliver exceptional member experience, compliance, and ongoing improvement. What will you be doing? Supporting the coordination of Compliance incident investigation for completeness and accuracy, including root cause analysis and providing recommendations or solutions to prevent further incident occurrence Supporting remediation and rectification activities as required by Incident Owners Supporting and contributing to maturing the risk culture and capability across Insurance Consulting with operational teams, Incident Owners, Risk & Compliance and Legal as required Identifying, collating and analysing data for Investigation, remediation and rectification of compliance incidents Creating adequate actions to rectify incidents in scope and prevent/reduce recurrence, including but not limited to document, process, coaching, system changes About you Strong working knowledge of claims processes, with demonstrated understanding of compliance requirements and legislative obligations Experience assessing compliance incidents and determining appropriate remediation or rectification actions Proven ability to coordinate and manage multiple remediation and rectification activities simultaneously, ensuring timely and high-quality outcomes An understanding of Insurance Contracts Act, Insurance code of practice and other general insurance specific legislation Demonstrated understanding of industry trends, current best practice and quality standards Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and drive accountability across teams Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to consider critical business needs Proactive project, risk management and problem-solving skills Ability to operate effectively in a values and behaviours based organisation Exposure to compliance, regulations and quality assurance is preferrable along with industry recognised qualifications What's in it for you?
