Description of Work The Health Care Technician II is responsible for supervising and guiding direct care staff in the absence of the Health Care Supervisor I (DS I). The working hours for the Developmental Technician II position located within the Harmony Court Division are from 2:30 p.m. to 11:00 p.m., including every other weekend, and applicants must be in good standing with the NC Health Care Personnel Registry to be considered. Employee will be required to successfully complete training through our Staff Development department which includes, but is not limited to NCI (North Carolina Intervention), CPR, Body Mechanics and lifting. Salary Range: $32,444.00 - $48,665.00 A Sign-on bonus of $2,500 may be offered to the successful applicant(s) of this posting, contingent on the 2025-2026 Budget Approval. Capable of independently following up on services to ensure client needs are met, while also collaborating effectively as part of a team. Have a Valid Driver's License. Physical Requirements: Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds on a regular basis (6-8 times daily) and be able to stoop, bend, walk, run short distances (50 yards) and climb stairs without limitations of a permanent nature to provide adequate supervision of the assigned population in the home.
