Internship - Private Banking - 6 months (External Asset Manager team - Luxembourg) The main goal of the position is to support our EAM clients in Europe acting as one of the first points of contact and maintaining strong trusted relationships with all clients throughout the entire life cycle of their business relationship with Lombard Odier, which includes daily and periodic activity. Activities include account opening, periodic compliance reviews, support for client queries, execution services, payment processing and the administration of the relationship to comply with Lombard Odier policies and procedures. YOUR ROLE: Support the EAM desk, the RMs, the Business Developer and the Team Head on their day-to-day Payments: Ensure that all payments are made in a timely manner. Ensure that Callbacks are executed in line with our internal procedure and duly recorded in a contact report Manage to keep a low level of Loss (Quality risk report) Respect and comply with Group & LOESA directives, Guideline on relationship with EAM and Compliance and risks framework. Follow and complete administrative tasks and initiatives launched by the Bank and/or by the Region (documentation gaps/deficiencies, EAM Annual reviews, etc...) Reduce significantly by at least 30% the number of pending Doc Priority 1 and 2 and ensure a very low level of new ones Ensure that at least for 80% of the new account opened, client have signed myLO access forms in order to increase the penetration rate and to reduce administrative and payment workload. Salesforce (CRM of EAM): Ensure the data quality is up to date Ensure that EAM central file is in line with our actual standards and up to date (Agreements, Fee Brochure, W8BenE etc.) Credit Cards: Take care of all credit card issues and responsibilities. Accounts: Ensure a smooth account closure process Oversee the scanning and accurate storage of documents within the database. E-mails: Ensure that all e-mails receive a timely response. YOUR PROFILE: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field Strong interest in wealth management, financial markets, and private banking activities Good understanding of economic and financial concepts, with the ability to support market order execution and administrative processes Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage administrative tasks efficiently Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and Outlook Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Fluent in English; French is an asset Our Maison's DNA is defined by five core values.
