Position Summary As an Implant Equipment Technician you will be a part of a team that focuses on maintaining basic condition on state of the art Semiconductor Production Equipment while driving improvements related to quality, efficiency, defect reduction, and cost of ownership. We prioritize safety, learning, and having fun while maintaining world class operations 24/7. Role and Responsibilities Here's what you'll be responsible for: Practicing 6S in the office and fab. Holding safety as the number 1 priority, and looking for opportunities to reduce safety risks in all procedures and daily operations. Assisting all the team members with daily work load and sustaining activities in the fab when necessary. Following SOPs, PTPs, and Out of Control Action Plans (OCAPs) to work efficiently, safely, and cost-effectively. Performing Electrical, Pneumatic, and Mechanical troubleshooting Performing Mechanical assembly and disassembly. Performing PM (Preventive Maintenance) and BM (Break down Maintenance) on Implanter and Anneal tool sets. Learning how the tools operate and understanding Breakdown Maintenance (BMs) recovery procedures. Utilizing new and existing systems that help in day to day job roles, i.e. SiMax, Workplace, Inform, EDM, EMS, etc. Learning to use tool GUIs in order to recover tool issues and extract data/information. Cross-training on ion-implantation Equipment, rapid thermal processing equipment and Implant Department process team. Maintaining world class operations while working in a 24/7 high volume manufacturing environment.
