Lead Product Designer, UX Design (Catalyst)

About the role

We're seeking a Lead Designer, User Experience Design to play a critical role in shaping experiences within Catalyst. This is a senior individual contributor role focused on designing complex, end-to-end workflows that support internal users across the loan lifecycle. You will partner closely with Product, Engineering, and business stakeholders to translate complex systems into intuitive, scalable experiences. This role combines strong execution with ownership, requiring the ability to influence decisions, simplify complexity, and deliver measurable outcomes.
