Member of the EMEA Marketing & Distribution Compliance Team
Review and approve financial promotions and marketing communications across EMEA
Provide regulatory advice on cross‑border distribution rules in EMEA and globally
Support strategic business projects with compliance input and challenge
Deliver practical, solution‑oriented compliance advice to the business and management
Analyse regulatory developments and assess their impact on marketing and distribution activities
Collaborate with global compliance teams to enhance and improve marketing compliance processes
Work closely with other EMEA Compliance functions on regulatory change and strategic initiatives
Assist in the development and implementation of compliance‑related projects
Research regulatory topics and provide clear guidance to stakeholders
Respond to internal compliance queries, escalating where appropriate
Contribute to the production and maintenance of marketing compliance policies and procedures
Support and collaborate with colleagues across the team
What you can bring
First experience in Compliance and/or Marketing
Knowledge of financial products and services
Graduate or equivalent professional experience
Fluent French
Strong PC skills
A collaborative team‑player mindset
Excellent time management and organisational skills
Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities
Clear, confident communication skills
Open‑minded, flexible, and comfortable working in an international environment
