Position Overview The Night Shift Facilities Administrator is responsible for overseeing and managing all critical facility operations during the night shift business hours. This role ensures seamless functioning of infrastructure, safety, transportation, cafeteria services, security, and building systems across multiple facilities. The position requires proactive monitoring, quick decision-making, and strong vendor coordination to ensure uninterrupted operations. 1. Facility Operations Management Manage end-to-end administrative and facilities operations across two or more facilities during night shift. Ensure all critical infrastructure (power, HVAC, utilities, UPS) are operational. Conduct periodic facility rounds and audits to identify and mitigate risks. Ensure adherence to SLAs, SOPs, and compliance standards. 2. Building Management System (BMS) / Critical Systems Monitor and manage BMS systems for HVAC, electrical, and utility performance. Track alarms, alerts, and system failures; initiate immediate corrective action. Coordinate with engineering teams/vendors for breakdown resolution. Maintain logs and incident reports for all critical events. 3. Transportation Management Oversee employee transportation operations during night shift. Ensure timely cab availability, route optimization, and vendor performance. Monitor real-time transportation tracking systems. Handle escalations related to safety, delays, or driver issues. Ensure compliance with safety protocols (especially for night travel). 4. Cafeteria / Food Services Supervise cafeteria operations during night hours. Ensure food quality, hygiene, and availability as per company standards. Coordinate with vendors for replenishment and complaint resolution. Conduct hygiene audits and ensure FSSAI / internal compliance adherence. 5. Security Operations Oversee end-to-end security operations across facilities. Monitor access control systems, CCTV surveillance, and incident logs. Ensure deployment and effectiveness of security personnel.
