As a Casual Safety & Security Officer, you'll be part of a team dedicated to ensuring that every individual who interacts with the club has a safe and positive experience. As a Casual Safety & Security Officer, you will play a key role in delivering a high standard of safety and security across both St Mary's Stadium and our Staplewood Training Campus. You will be expected to operate in a professional manner, responding quickly and effectively to incidents, ensuring the safety of all individuals, and protecting club assets. From delivering top-level protection during League and Academy fixtures, to managing high-profile concerts, boxing and darts nights, and exclusive hospitality events - no two days are the same. Whether at our iconic stadium or our world-class training campus, you'll be part of a professional, dynamic team safeguarding one of the South Coast's most prestigious sporting and entertainment venues. This is a flexible role suitable for individuals seeking casual work on matchdays, training sessions, and ad-hoc events.
