Delivery of own sales targets - own portfolio of Accounts with sales operational metrics (e.g. Refund Ratio, Non-Exit Point Ratio, Non-Cash, MCC, and other KPI targets)
Improve merchants' knowledge and expertise regarding our services
Perform, manage and coordinate SELL-OUT, and business support activities for assigned portfolio of merchants (TFS)
Accurate use of CRM to plan, record and report account specific activity
Follow GB guidelines and usage of GB sales tools
Ensure that all relative market and business information is transmitted to the organization in an updated, qualified and transparent way
