As EMEA-Americas Talent Acquisition Manager, you will lead and develop a high-performing team of Talent Acquisition (TA) Partners across Europe, the Middle East, Africa (EMEA), and the Americas (U.S., Mexico and Brazil). Reporting to the Global Head of Talent Acquisition, you will be responsible for strategically driving recruitment efforts across these two key regions, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and delivering top-tier talent to Swift. This role requires a hands-on leader and coach-someone who sets and maintains high expectations, fosters strong relationships with business leaders and other stakeholders, and continuously enhances recruitment processes to drive efficiency and effectiveness. You will play a pivotal role in attracting, hiring, and retaining top talent while ensuring an exceptional experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
