Drive operational excellence, governance and execution discipline across front-to-back workflows
Oversee the risk, regulatory and control framework, ensuring strong outcomes in a highly regulated environment
Sponsor and lead major technology, data and transformation initiatives
Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across Global Markets, IB&M and Group functions
Lead, develop and inspire a high-performing COO team focused on strategy, governance and delivery
Represent the business in key governance forums and strategic decision-making discussions
We're interested in hearing from you if you have
Significant experience in a COO, Business Management, Strategy, Chief of Staff or similar leadership role within Capital Markets, Investment Banking or Institutional Banking
Deep understanding of debt capital markets, syndication or related institutional banking businesses
Strong commercial acumen with the ability to balance growth, investment, risk and operational priorities
Experience leading large-scale strategic, operational or transformation initiatives
Strong understanding of regulatory, governance and risk frameworks within financial services
Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills, with experience engaging senior executives and control functions
A track record of translating strategy into execution and delivering outcomes in complex environments
