About the role
The Shared Services and Purchasing Manager will provide the daily oversight and delivery of all services and purchasing for the complete organization . Responsible for managing the delivery, category of spend , and the suppliers for shared services including but not limited to travel, expense management, logistics , mail services, office supplies, breakroom management, shredding, supplier relationship management, and the like for the organization . Ensure services and delivery of service are aligned with company objectives and expectations . In addition, responsible for managing the Purchasing function aligning purchase orders with contractual obligations. Ensure purchase order management is effective and efficient with matching invoices and PO changes to the business requirements of the company. Responsible for managing the onboarding of new groups to our services and purchasing requirements through acquisitions and mergers . Education Requirements: Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university in a Business-Related Field , High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) is required with applicable experience .
