Manage the relationship with the existing merchants, while identifying cross-sell and up-sell opportunities
Act as a link between the merchants team and other departments, facilitating seamless communication and collaboration to identify and pursue new partnership opportunities in strategic areas. Your ability to navigate internal relationships will be key to our collective success.
Utilize relationship-building skills to not only maintain but also enhance our engagements with existing partners, identifying opportunities for additional collaboration and service enhancement
Efficiently manage and respond to inquiries and requests through our ticketing platform, demonstrating prioritization, quick problem-solving, and a detail-oriented approach to ensure high levels of partner satisfaction
Negotiate and conclude agreements by crafting tailored commercial offers that align with both our and our partners' goals, fostering long-term, mutually beneficial relationships.
Provide proactive after-sales support, ensuring that every partner interaction adds value and reinforces trust in our commitment to their success.
WE WILL VIBE WITH YOU
Knowledge and Skills:
You are graduated from a bachelor's or master's degree in Business Management, or a similar field
Minimum 2-3 years experience in B2B sales field, in tech or delivery industry/ financial/ banking/ telecommunication services
Relevant B2B experience with medium and large companies
Market and customer orientation
Analytical competence and decision-making skills
Demonstrated negotiation skills
Ability to work independently
Knowledge of MSOffice package
Languages required: Romanian & English
Driving license - B
