As a Senior Client Partner, you'll sell at the forefront of technology, collaborating with executives, influencing market-shaping strategies, and delivering results that impact major global businesses and fuel Unity's growth.
You'll connect leading mobile game and app developers to a platform that reaches over 500 million daily active users and delivers more than 1.5 billion ad views per day. On the advertiser side, you'll help partners grow and optimize their User Acquisition investment. On the publisher side, you'll help developers maximize revenue through Unity's monetization suite, including in-app bidding, mediation via LevelPlay, the Tapjoy offerwall, and a range of ad formats. Using data-driven insights and thoughtful account strategy, you'll continuously challenge how customers think about their business, help them navigate industry shifts, and drive outsized performance.
Responsibilities
Serve as the main point of contact for your partners. Helping advertisers grow their User Acquisition investment across the Unity and Tapjoy networks, and helping publishers grow monetization revenue through Unity Ads, LevelPlay, and the Tapjoy Offerwall.
Own a quarterly revenue quota tied to your personal book of business, building and cultivating a robust pipeline of new opportunities to consistently hit and exceed it.
Build trusted advisor relationships with key decision-makers, including C-suite executives, and develop a deep understanding of their core business challenges and strategic priorities.
Identify, pitch, and close incremental growth and upsell opportunities. By designing data-driven Unity solutions tailored to customer needs and navigating objections to secure investment.
Develop deep product and market expertise across both User Acquisition and monetization, advising clients on strategy and championing those insights internally.
Translate data into a clear narrative around account increases, declines, and opportunities, delivering QBRs and strategic plans that align customers on ambitious goals and establish shared accountability.
Demonstrate Unity's value by measuring campaign and monetization results against customer objectives and competing offerings, sharing insights that shape customer strategy.
Partner cross-functionally with Performance Management, Data, Finance, Operations, and Product to resolve issues quickly and adapt to evolving business needs in a fast-paced environment with frequent new product releases.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
8+ years of experience in digital advertising, consultative sales, business development, digital marketing, or mobile gaming - or 8 years with an advanced degree.
Experience working directly with advertisers, agencies, publishers, or clients.
A track record of building trusted-advisor relationships with C-level executives and managing multiple projects and internal stakeholders simultaneously.
Understanding of the advertising landscape across traditional and digital media.
Familiarity with mobile UA and/or app monetization (mediation, in-app bidding, ad formats) is a plus but not required.
Ability to sell and propose creative technology solutions across a range of decision-makers.
