Internal Support and Employee Experience (Service Desk) Handle requests, incidents, and tasks related to Blip's work environment, with a strong focus on employee performance and productivity. Provide IT support (desktop support, hardware, and software) to all Blip employees, ensuring SLA compliance and maintaining excellence in service delivery. Execute and continuously improve end-to-end technical onboarding and offboarding processes, including provisioning, asset collection, and proper updating of licenses and assets. Proactively identify improvements in support workflows, tools, and asset management, transforming learnings into continuous updates for the knowledge base. 2. Environment and Infrastructure Support Act as the technical owner of global IT tools acquired by the company, ensuring optimal usage, compliance with acquisition requirements, and native integration with other contracted solutions. Provide second-level technical support for corporate IT tools, collaborating directly with responsible teams on complex support demands. Manage the company's IT assets (laptops, peripherals, and office physical infrastructure such as firewalls and switches), overseeing available resources to implement the best solutions and ensure the ecosystem remains secure and up to date. Monitor and mitigate office infrastructure issues, including network latency, connectivity, and edge security. Create, test, and maintain simple automations that facilitate the management of the internal environment and streamline repetitive processes impacting Blippers' daily work. Actively participate in internal infrastructure demands and projects, delivering high-quality results while keeping the backlog updated with a focus on deadlines and KPI generation. 3. Knowledge Management and Development Share acquired knowledge by providing occasional training to other team areas and supporting the onboarding of new members. Provide analytical and operational support in Blip's global strategic projects. Requirements and Qualifications Essential (Hard Skills) Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Computer Science, Information Systems, Network Engineering, or related fields. Previous experience in IT technical support (desktop support, N1/N2 support, Windows/macOS operating systems). Basic to intermediate knowledge of Computer Networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, latency troubleshooting, corporate Wi-Fi networks) and Security (Firewalls, VPN). Familiarity with cloud productivity and collaboration tools administration (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, Freshworks, Notion, etc.). Understanding of ITSM best practices based on ITIL (Incident, Request, and Asset Management). Basic knowledge or scripting/programming logic (Python, PowerShell, Bash, or No-Code/Low-Code tools) focused on task automation. Preferred (Nice to Have) Knowledge of MDM (Mobile Device Management) tools for laptop management (e.g., Jumpcloud, Intune, Kandji). Basic IT certifications (ITIL Foundation, Google IT Support, AZ-900, basic CCNA, etc.).
