To stay at the top of our game, we're looking for a Specialist - Selling & Service (3IC) Fixed Term Contract who can help provide the kind of above-and-beyond service that inspires Nike fans for life! You'll partner with the Coach - Selling & Service to lead a designated zone in the store, achieving sales and customer service. Reporting into the Coach, you will: Lead your team to ensure we deliver a premium in-store experience to our consumers Coach your team and provide leadership, people development and feedback to elevate the team Drive: assist the team to achieve targets and KPIs by unlocking their potential Inspire: care about the team and, most importantly, have fun! WHAT YOU BRING: Your passion for the Nike brand and desire to grow your leadership career Your 1-2 years retail leadership experience with a focus on product and in store selling and customer service Your strong written and verbal communication skills Your sound computer proficiency Your natural sense of urgency WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?
